SERVER PARTNERSHIP TERMS
Official Access & Asset Terms
Co-Owner Access
Approved partner servers must provide the Race Coordinator with co-owner permissions needed to add, install, update, and maintain official Apex Hurricanes Racing liveries and uniforms.
Authorized Use
The required access is for official race-series setup, uniforms, liveries, branding, driver assignments, and event presentation.
Asset Maintenance
Official assets may be updated for sponsors, new race numbers, branding changes, seasons, or special events.
Series Compliance
Refusing required access or repeatedly interfering with official series assets can result in suspension or removal from the partner program.
Clean Competition
Partner servers and their drivers must not exploit, cheat, intentionally wreck, harass participants, or disrupt official events.
Race Control
Official sporting decisions, penalties, approvals, grid assignments, and championship results are administered by Apex Hurricanes Racing Race Control.
